Leigh Withers has many years experience in the fitness industry, working with a plethora of different clients in the UK, Spain and the Middle East, and has a love of sport and exercise that goes back to his childhood.

Qualifying as a Master Trainer with the Australian Institute of Fitness in 2005, Leigh has since developed into a strength and conditioning coach, kettlebell instructor and SAQ coach. He recently consulted for the Bahrain Defence Force Hospital, working on a project for an Obesity Centre of Excellence, the first in their country.

Success in his business has come from correct assessment followed by individual training and nutrition program. By educating his clients about the benefits of mobility, exercise, nutrition and supplementation Leigh is proud to have helped people lose body fat, increase muscle size and strength, recover from long term injury, decrease the risk of heart disease and diabetes and generally make them healthier in their everyday lives.

Leigh is a firm believer that a great trainer is willing to get under the bar and set an example through their dedication, commitment and will power and his motto is ’Be Stronger Be Better Be You with JLWithers Personal Training and 24 sports TV’.
