David qualified as a Personal Trainer with Premier Training International. He is also certified as a fitness instructor, circuit instructor, nutrition advisor and massage therapist.

With a wide range of specialist skill areas including weight loss, body toning, circuit training and, in addition, several martial arts, he has also operated as a rugby physio masseuse.

Practised in Taekwondo and Pilipino stick fighting, David holds teacher level qualification in Wing Chun Kung Fu which is a close quarter self defence and Graduado level (instructor) in Capoeira, the Brazilian Dance Martial Art, which practitioners recognise as an incredibly high intense work-out that brings benefits in weight loss, flexibility and self confidence.

David teaches in groups or 1-2-1 sessions. Both methods can be equally beneficial, and whichever way you as your preferred way to work with him, you can be sure that it will be an exciting, mentally stimulating and enjoyable experience.

He has helped many people along the way to reach their personal goals in fitness and nutrition and David believes in ‘Carpe Diem’ from the Latin which means ‘Seize the day’ and this is reflected in his training and teaching of his clients.
