Mike Nichols is a Personal Trainer and Herbalife Wellness Coach with a life-long love of sports, having been successful in competing at County level in football, cricket and golf. He still enjoys cricket and golf and boasts a 4/5 handicap and 300+ yard drive. For the past four cricket seasons Mike has achieved batting averages ranging between 56-116 runs per innings and has taken 100+ wickets.

Mike attributes his sporting success directly to his preparation in nutrition, training and resting.

His health and fitness qualifications include: Level 3 Advanced Personal Trainer, Kettlebell Instructor and Nutritional Advisor; Mike has a BTec National Diploma in Sports and Exercise Sciences and a HNC in Sports and Exercise Sciences. Specialising in weight loss, gaining lean muscle mass, sports specific workouts and general well being and most importantly making workouts fun.

Mike says "I like to blend a variety of styles in my own workouts such as: crossfit, weight lifting, vipr training, kettlebells, suspension training, plyometrics, stability training - you name it I've probably done it!"
