Ajay Sharma

Jay is a Level 2 Rugby coach with 10 years exprience and has always enjoyed training and keeping fit.

He likes to vary is own training to "keep the body guessing" and is currently using High Intensity Interval Training, boxing, power / strength exercises as well as running with his dog and his usual training methods.

Jay is starting a Gym Instructors course soon to increase his knowledge in this area.
