Each month we run a number of fun or challenging competitions.  

Improving your fitness can be a personal competition; don’t worry if you are a beginner or a seasoned pro.  We will set competitions that make it a level playing field, unless of course the competition is peak to peak.

Competitions are run from within the free members sections, all you have to do, to get involved is join for free and read how to enter.

Prizes range from diet plans, merchandise and personal training sessions with our top trainers to luxury spa weekends.

Remember, the most important element is having fun and improving your health.
