Andrew Tyrrell - Arm Workout 2

This video is a two exercise Arm routine. It is designed to challenge your arms with only two bits if equipment and a drop set concept. It consists of barbell curls (1 sets of 12/10/8/6/4/2 reps), this is a classic bicep builder and also reverse grip cable barbell pushdowns (1 sets of 12/10/8/6/4/2 reps), this is a more unique version of isolating the triceps. Do them in a superset fashion with no rest. For example do 12 barbell curls then onto 12 reverse pushdowns back onto 10 curls and 10 pushdowns etc. Keep doing this all the way down to 2. No rest in between and you'll blast the arms in about 5 minutes.
