TRX fitness is a new method of suspension training that has become popular in recent years in the U.K and has been massive in the states for a while. It focuses on using your own bodyweight as resistance, as opposed to free-weights (dumbbells, kettle bells, barbells, etc.). With a simple harness and a pair of handholds you can do tons of exercises and in this section you’ll find all the guidance you need from our TRX specialists and also our Personal trainers who know how to use & teach the TRX.

Have you seen the physiques on gymnasts? Well TRX is designed to do the same thing but you don’t have to be a gymnast to use it, you can be a complete novice or the most experienced exerciser ever, either way with over 300 exercises to do on it, the TRX is for you.
